Kamala Harris Is Weaponizing Gender to Attract Women Voters

By Nicole Kiprilov

The “gender divide” has been a topic of major conversation in this year’s election coverage. Polling, though often unreliable, has shown that most women voters will likely support Kamala Harris. The reason that around 53% of women back Harris, who has proven herself a political fraud, phony, and incompetent demagogue, may have something to do with her weaponization of gender.

People have only recently woken up to “weaponization” as a tactic that the Left uses to score political points by selling out large swaths of the American population. In light of Trump’s conviction in the politicized hush-money case, one of many opposition campaigns against him since 2016, we know the federal government has been coopted to target conservatives. One very culpable arm is the Department of Justice. The Biden-Harris’ criminal justice system has been hijacked for Democratic power, not just blatantly illegal but morally repugnant.

Similarly, the Left weaponizes race to win the support of black communities. This is nothing new, but prominent Republican figures such as Senator Tim Scott have started to shed more light on just how toxic racial grievance politics are. Not only is the Left devaluing the importance of race issues and the concerns of black Americans, but it is also actively disparaging black voters who support Republican candidates. If it were the case that the Left actually cared about race issues, then race relations would not have worsened on Obama’s watch, black homeowners would not have gone underwater during the Obama administration, and Bidenomics would not have significantly impeded black Americans’ economic prosperity.

In a similar vein, Harris is using issues like abortion and transgenderism as political bludgeons against Trump, using fear-mongering to lure women. She clearly hides the reality that she is the anti-woman candidate.

This election cycle, abortion rights are on the ballot in ten states, and abortion is a high-ranking issue among women voters. Harris has capitalized on this concern by weaponizing abortion to paint Trump as a woman-hater who wants to “take away women’s rights,” despite the fact that Trump has repeatedly and consistently affirmed that he would not support a federal abortion ban. Trump is the pro-life candidate, appealing to a large swath of the American people who look to their faith, and he has also been vocal and consistent in his support of abortion exceptions like rape, incest, and protecting the life of the mother. He believes the people in each state should decide the issue, thus putting the power back in the hands of the people. This is what democracy is all about.

Instead of acknowledging this reality, Harris and her surrogates have repeatedly leveraged women’s concerns about abortion as a marketing ploy in a way that benefits Harris politically.

If Harris were actually concerned about women, she would have prioritized the health and safety of women in this country as vice president. Instead, Harris spent three and a half years pushing through policies that directly harm women. If Harris felt any remorse for the harm that her decisions have caused women nationwide, she would acknowledge her failure to protect young women like Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungaray, and Rachel Morin. These women are three of the many female victims of rape and murder by illegal immigrants who Harris allowed to cross the border. Instead, Harris merely feigns care towards women because she is concerned solely about political power.

Given that Harris has a major problem with authenticity, none of this is surprising. Even pro-choice women should be outraged at Harris’ shameless exploitation of gender issues to score political points.

Furthermore, Harris has weaponized gender to also create division among the American people in an attempt to win the female vote. She has repeatedly demonized women who have expressed support for Trump, she has repeatedly bashed pro-life women of faith who have made tremendous gains for the conservative movement, and she has repeatedly disparaged mothers around the country who have stood firmly against the Left’s radicalized and politicized DEI agenda in schools.

When women voters try to ask Harris questions about her devastating record as vice president, they are shut down. Harris campaign surrogate Maria Shriver recently quieted a woman voter who attempted to ask Harris a question at a Michigan Town Hall event. When Christians, many of them women, try to express their faith-based views, Harris tells them that they are  “at the wrong rally,” and that they should visit a much smaller rally nearby. In fact, Kamala Harris shuns religious women altogether, vowing to take away religious exemptions for abortions.

The reality is that Harris, if elected, would push through the most radicalized abortion agenda this country has ever seen, completely at the expense of American women and children. She has shown, time and time again, to be a strong proponent of an extreme, national, all-trimester abortion mandate that even many pro-choice women oppose. This in and of itself should be a major red flag to all women. Harris is clearly selling out female voters for political gain.

New polling has shown that hispanic voters, including many women, are trending towards Trump at historic rates. The rhetoric used to demean black and Hispanic women for supporting Trump and our Republican candidates is nothing short of disgusting. They are being called “self-hating race traitors” and many other heinous slurs for deviating from their usual voting patterns. The demonization of these women of color, which Harris has fueled with her dangerous and violence-inciting rhetoric about Trump supporters being “fascists,” is a great example of just how dangerous the weaponization of gender (and race) is.

More generally, young women across the country who are supporting Trump in November are being pigeonholed into this false narrative that women should only really care about abortion when voting in this election. More and more women are waking up to the reality that they are being pandered to, demonized, and sold out as part of this strategy of weaponizing gender. According to a recent New York Times/Siena poll, 25% of young voters say the economy is the top issue facing the country, with abortion trailing behind. This is evidence to suggest that young women nationwide may have other concerns, besides just abortion. For one, safety in light of skyrocketing crime rates should be and is a top concern for young women who no longer feel safe enough to take public transportation or even walk around their cities and towns. Unprecedented inflation levels and the skyrocketing cost of living under the Harris administration has left women everywhere struggling to buy groceries and afford to live where they would like to live. Laura Ingraham recently commented: “Economic suffering with inflation, meaning young families, young women struggle to buy homes and afford basic necessities.”

This is the grim reality that women live in under the Harris administration. Despite this reality, Harris continues to shamelessly lie to women, using the issues they care about as a political weapon against Trump. She asserts that a Trump administration would hurt mothers, when it is under HER administration that mothers are shut out of discussions about their childrens’ education, which is being increasingly radicalized with CRT, SEL, and DEI. It is under the Harris administration that men are freely allowed to walk into girls’ sports, bathrooms, and other single-sex places and institutions. We have seen the largest takeover of female-only spaces, which women have fought to win for years, by men on Harris’ watch. Harris supports the forced vaccination of children, genital mutilation surgeries without parental consent, and terrorist organizations who oppress, rape, and kill women.

Harris’ campaign surrogates, anti-women individuals like Tim Walz, Doug Emhoff, and Bill Clinton, desperately weaponize gender to gaslight women into believing that women will “lose all control of their bodies” if Trump becomes president. These individuals assert that they care about “a woman’s right to choose,” despite supporting tyrannical policies that end up stripping women of their freedom in a variety of situations.

By stark contrast, under the Trump administration, the unemployment rate for women was the lowest in close to 70 years, over 70% of new jobs went to women, the child tax credit was increased by 100%, small business growth rate for black and hispanic women was the highest in over 50 years, women’s parental leave was expanded to 12 weeks (the largest program in history), and more than $200 million per year was directed towards tech ed grants for women in STEM.

In these last few days remaining before Election Day, it is critical for women everywhere to understand that Harris’ weaponization of gender will prove to be absolutely devastating for women across the country. Every wielding of Kamala Harris’ gender weapon is followed by a brutal and bloody stab directly into women’s hearts.
