The 12 Most Stylish Women of 2022

By Isabelle Redfield

This week, the New York Times announced its “93 Most Stylish ‘People’ of 2022. Unsurprisingly, several of fashion’s worst offenders filled the ranks. Follow the money, because left-wing media fawned over the greasiest of figures.

Among those the Times crowned “best dressed” were Kamala Harris’ step-daughter, Ella Emhoff, New York mayor Eric Adams, drag-performer Willow Pill, dominatrix-clothes Julia Fox, and disgraced Vogue editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson, Lizzo, and satanist rapper Lil Nas X were also included. Lest we forget the most egregious nominee, Pennsylvania senator-elect John Fetterman also made the ranks. This week, he officiated a wedding… in a Carhartt sweatshirt.

Fashion is subjective, to be sure, but it can’t fly in the face of nature and basic style standards. The Conservateur presents the 12 Most Stylish Women of 2022.

Morgan Stewart

Former Entertainment Tonight host and full-time mom did not miss a beat this year. Known for her cutting edge Instagram that scrolls like a “Style File,” Stewart rocked chic ensembles- during pregnancy too!

Kristi Noem

TC’s favorite female governor, Kristi Noem served us Western glam, an under-appreciated but growing style niche. At the rodeo, campaign arena, and hunting range, she dazzles yet stays functional. We love her rugged Americana spirit.

Olivia Culpo

The former Miss USA and Miss Universe has been in the limelight for years. In 2022, her style reached new heights. Between a new reality show, an NFL boyfriend, and endless haute couture campaigns, her adventures are thrilling to follow. Yet, Olivia still finds time to volunteer. This November, she attended the 20th annual “American Valor— A Salute to our Heroes” conference, where she stunned in Carolina Herrera. She’s a celebrity we admire.

Lara Trump

TC’s first covergirl and Florida’s finest shined all through the year. She wears every hat: fitness guru, mother, political commentator, and of course, style icon.

Brittany Aldean

Brittany was a voice for many voiceless conservative women in 2022. There were endless memorable fashion-political statements for the star. Her custom “Anti-Biden Social Club” tee was edgy and lovable. When she publicly discarded her Balenciagia merch following the brand’s pedophilia scandal, she spread that confidence to women and families nationwide. Aldean was loud and clear: no tolerance for child exploitation and its glorification in industry or pop culture.

Hailey Bieber

Unlike the Times, we don’t discriminate! More than half of women under 30 like Bieber’s style. She always looks relaxed. She’s effortlessly “Californian.” We’d be remiss not to include the street model mogul and pop star’s wife in this year’s line up. We’re always looking to her to see what’s next (btw: the Times included her stylist Maeve Riley on their list).

Kate Middleton

TC is Team Kate— automatic. There is no better woman to emulate for timeless elegance in our modern age. With three young children, she’s settled into her role as duchess and rolled out some fabulous red carpet ensembles. No match for her press-obsessed American sister-in-law!

Sydney Sweeney

You’ve seen the American actress in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Euphoria, and The Handmaid's Tale. Her presence in White Lotus also showcased her formidable talent. Like countless people, not just conservatives, Sweeney was a victim of cancel culture this year when critics zoomed in on the rustic, MAGA-vibed birthday party she organized for her mother. While she’s no conservative ally, Sweeney experienced the Hollywood witch hunt firsthand. Politics aside, her fashion took the world by storm.

Ivanka Trump

We miss her White House era, but Ivanka reappeared this year rebranded. Two looks we especially noteworthy: the dress she wore for her 40th birthday in Miami and her Grace Kelley-inspired dress she wore at her sister Tiffany’s wedding.

Elsa Hosk

The former Victoria’s Secret model served looks on looks, with the launch of her own original brand to boot. Check out the Swedish goddess’ new line HELSA if you want to cop her style.

Judge Jeanine Pirro

You see the judge talking circles around the Democrats on The Five every gosh darn weekday. There’s no denying it: the 71-year-old legend was foxy and fabulous in 2022.

Paige Lorenze

For those knowledgable Tik-Tokers, Paige Lorenze is your girl. This New York City-based creator is unapologetic with her outdoorsy, mountain aesthetic. Sporting both city and country, Paige won the heart of TC in 2022. Consider yourself #influenced.
